A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. It is applied toward your total service price, and the remaining balance is payable at the salon. Pay the deposit by Zelle or Cash App (our team verifies each payment manually before confirming your appointment), or by card through Stripe (confirmed automatically).

Deposit & cancellation policy

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.

  • Your $30 deposit is applied toward the total price of your service.
  • The remaining balance is payable at the salon at your appointment.
  • Pay the deposit by Zelle or Cash App (or by card through Stripe, when card payment is offered on the booking page). Zelle and Cash App payments are checked manually by our team, and your appointment is confirmed only after we verify that your deposit was received.
  • When you pay by card, your booking is confirmed automatically once Stripe confirms the payment. Your appointment time is held for 30 minutes while you pay; if the payment isn't completed in time, the time is released.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, including if you cancel or do not attend your appointment.
